Getting a Library Card

Lansing Community Library shares its card catalog with 40+ other libraries in the Northeast Region of Kansas. If you have a library card with any the other participating libraries (list of member libraries), you do not need to apply for a Lansing library card.

To Get a Library Card

Read the circulation policy and print off the Check Out Services Brochure here.

We are currently offering a digital services library card. You can access Libby by Overdrive, hoopla digital, and flipster magazines by filling out this online application. You may convert this to a full access library card by coming into the library and providing proof of address and a photo id. To find out more about our digital services – Click Here.

Complete the library card application. Either print or visit the library for the application. Turn application in to library. Bring photo ID and proof of residence.
